Not at all; for us, accounts are a bit of a taboo. You don’t need to create an account to place an order.

What are the shipping costs?
Orders within Belgium and the Netherlands?
· Under €50: €4.95 shipping costs
· Over €50? Then shipping is on us.
How long does delivery take?
We do our best to get your package to you within 2 to 4 business days. Sometimes faster, rarely slower.
Can I track the status of my order?
Yes! As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. That way, you’ll know exactly when to look out for the mail carrier.
How can I return or exchange an item?
Not satisfied? No problem. Send us an email at info@tabooh.nl within 14 days of receipt. Together, we’ll ensure a smooth return or exchange. Preferably with the original packaging included.
Within how many days can I return my order?
You have a 14-day cooling-off period. This starts from the day you receive your package. In doubt? Feel free to email us.
Will I receive a full refund if I return my product?
Yes, if the product is unused and undamaged, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Return costs are at your own expense, unless it concerns an error on our part – in which case, we will of course resolve it properly.
